Imco Solutions
Grain Storage Silos, AB
PROBLEM: Moisture penetration was causing concrete degradation as well product spoilage.
SOLUTION: 470 CRYSTAL-LOK was applied to all exposed concrete, rejuvenating, protecting and sealing the concrete from moisture contamination.
Stelco Hilton Works, Hamilton, ON
PROBLEM: Hot hydrochloric acid in these pickling lines was corroding the steel tanks despite a vulcanized rubber lining and three layers of acid brick.
SOLUTION: JETSET 727 Liner was applied directly over the acid brick providing a monolithic acid resistant surface.
HSR Bus Garage & Terminal
PROBLEM: Heavy traffic in addition to exposure to gas, oils, salt and various chemical compounds were causing premature deterioration and causing safety and traffic lines to wear away.
SOLUTION: The entire floor was sealed with the 510S Urethane Sealer and then traffic and safety lines painted in with the 510C Urethane Colour Coat.
Tim Hortons, Hamilton, ON
PROBLEM: Oil, salt and moisture were causing spalling of the concrete drive-through pad.
SOLUTION: MG-KRETE was overlayed to restore the driveway without the need for any concrete removal.
Dicom Crossdocks, PQ
PROBLEM: Water, salt, oil and gas coupled with heavy traffic were causing premature spalling of concrete floors.
SOLUTION: 470 CRYSTAL-LOK was applied to all flooring to seal, harden and densify the concrete floors.
London City Hall, London, ON
PROBLEM: Wind driven rain was penetrating exterior block.

SOLUTION: 460 WATER REPELLENT SEALER was applied to all exterior block effectively stopping moisture penetration.
Ontario Housing Apartments, London, ON
PROBLEM: Steel balconies were corroding from exposure to elements.
SOLUTION: Primed directly over the rust with the 510A Aluminized Urethane and finish coated with the 530C Urethane Colour Coat for long-term colour and protection with no fading or UV yellowing.
Orenda Aerospace, Brampton, ON
PROBLEM: A heavy duty chemical resistant coating was required to protect the concrete and infrastructure as part of this secondary containment area.
SOLUTION: JESTET 735 Finish Coat was applied to the floor area as well as 8 inches up all bases within the containment area for long-term protection and aesthetic finish.
City of Windsor, ON
PROBLEM: Installation of rail tracks alongside this roadway caused the road to slope the wrong way.
SOLUTION: MG-KRETE was used to level the entire concrete road from 3 inches thick at one side to ¼ inch thick at the other.
Cytech Corporation, St. Catharines
PROBLEM: Sulfuric acid corrosion had deteriorated the floor and machine bases in this acid production plant.
SOLUTION: JETSET was used to rebuild machine bases and as overcoat the entire floor area to provide long-term protection in this harsh industrial environment.
Apartment Building, Dundas, ON
PROBLEM: Rain and moisture were penetrating exterior block and brick.
SOLUTION: 460 WATER REPELLENT SEALER was applied to all exterior block effectively stopping moisture penetration.
Reagans Canada Inc., Bradford, ON
PROBLEM: The steel structure, as well as steel polymer holding tanks of this plastic processing plant were rusting from environmental exposure.
SOLUTION: 510A Aluminized Urethane was applied to stop the rusting process and provide long-term protection of all the exposed steel.
Quaker State Building
PROBLEM: Normal weathering was causing the steel deck roof to corrode and leak.
SOLUTION: Rust spots were coated with 510A Aluminized Urethane to stop the corrosion. The entire surface was then coated with EBM to form a seamless elastomeric membrane that beautified, protected and waterproofed the structure.
North Wentworth Hockey Arena, Flamborough, ON
PROBLEM: Excessive humidity from the ice surface was migrating through block walls and causing painted surfaces to blister and peel at these two arenas.
SOLUTION: EBM was applied to interior and exterior block walls eliminating bulk water migration while allowing the building to breathe. EBM provided an aesthetic finish that resists blistering and peeling.
